Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

    2. Refund Process

    • To start the refund process, please contact our support team at support@mediasolution.cloud with your order details.
    • Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 working days.

    3. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mediasolution.cloud.

    4. Shipping for Returns

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
