1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
2. Refund Process
- To start the refund process, please contact our support team at support@mediasolution.cloud with your order details.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mediasolution.cloud.
4. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
